1.Mr. Candy Time is not responsible for candies that arrive melted or soft due to high transit temperatures during shipping. We highly recommend adding our Warm Weather Melt Protection (8 oz Gel Pack) to your cart before checkout to safeguard your custom mixtures.

2.We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for temperature-related damage during transit. Please track your package closely via your FedEx/USPS link and bring your package indoors immediately upon delivery. Due to perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
