Shipping policy

1.Processing time 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2.Domestic Shipping Rates 

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders.

3.Estimated delivery time

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your door. please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or severe weather, which are outside of our control.

4.Tracking your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email please let 48 hours to pass for the tracking information to be available.

5.Lost or Damaged Packages

Mrcandytime is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit by the postal carrier. If your package arrives damages or goes missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to our customer support at Mrcandytime@gmail.com so we can assist you.
